To prolong the life of your bracelet, take care to roll it gentle over your hand and avoid wearing in water.
To wear essential oils on your bracelet, simply place a drop or two of your favourite oil on your Lava Stone or Cage and gently rub between your hands to spread.
Dilute your oil as you would normal do, and repeat every 2-3 days or once it has worn off.
